unsure what’d be waiting at the end.
the beginning of something fresh and new,
but not without question of what she’d do.
most go to the desert for peace. we went for mayhem. all warnings unheeded. brutal wind potential with no cover. micro bullets pounding exposed skin from every direction. pouring grains out of clothing for 3 days. sacrificing all camera equipment for the shot. a scene hollywood can’t make without a mad max budget. likely the most non-recreatable image i’ve ever formed. all for a project from the heart with a dear friend who rented a van & covered hotels. 0 pay. of course this is how it goes most of the time for freelance creatives working on the “cool” stuff. 2,142 miles of a loop journey all at the beginning of a new chapter in my life wading into unfamiliar waters with a relationship but inspired & fired up creatively while exploring the craziest places on earth that were once under the ocean during the dinosaur age. watch the short film here, FORBIDDEN STRUCTURES: https://vimeo.com/539991920

- Music under the stars: Last night, I attended an outdoor concert with some friends. The music was fantastic, and there was something magical about listening to live performances under the starry sky. We danced, sang along to our favorite songs, and enjoyed the cool evening breeze. It was a perfect reminder of how important it is to take time for fun and relaxation.
