Publications
- Should I get a rucksack?? Been eyeballing some for months.
- Study being authentically yourself.
- Suddenly realizing how unobtainable prominent NFTs will become as crypto natives buy them up and utilize the breadth of DeFi tools at their disposal.
They'll never _have_ to sell their assets while p2p financial services continue to compete/innovate.
- Just finished the latest Raoul Pal Journey Man Podcast and Jack Butcher, once again, doesn't disappoint. Elegantly simple, yet profound understanding of the network and how we derive value. Everything distilled back to social coordination and consensus. Every time I hear Jack talk about what he is building I get more excited about what's possible in web3.
- Going on almost 3 weeks and still having issues. The world needs to hurry and catch up π
- Doing anything in tradfi after living in web3 feels completely archaic...how can interacting with my own money take this long.
- Permissionless composability of assets has enabled some interesting arbitrage between the $FLIES wrapper and the Mutatio NFT and it's been interesting to watch the last couple days.
- Just swam 1000 yds for the first time in over a year. I'm dying, but I know it's just going to take a lil time to get back into it π
- Doing anything in tradfi after living in web3 feels completely archaic...how can interacting with my own money take this long.
- It's official!! She's already asking about @club/galverse π₯Ή
- Also, it's less brainwashing and more showing her cool things like Lens and currently Jack Butcher's Opepen collection. π
- My wife today: "Maybe I'll become a crypto girly"
The brainwashing is working MUAHAHAHA
- Who remembers Halo LAN in 2001? π₯Ή
- Seeing all the cool stuff people build together in this space is amazing. Really gives me FOMO. Time to keep up the grind and keep learning to code this year π€
- Just read up on the new ETH2x from @lens/indexcoop, that's retiring the FLI. Anyone familiar with the risks outside of contract risk? It seems too good to be true for someone that just wants as much ETH as possible over the next 15-30 years. π
- Been playing a lot of Kuroro Beasts lately and I'm obsessed with this lil guy π
- Found this at the local vinyl shop π₯
- Boiled beef kinda night π€€
- Me in Discord VC with my normie frens:
- Whether selling or spending, exchange is healthy.
- I'm obsessed with this song right now. I think they're supporting permissionless remixes if you're interested!

β¨ May the blobs lift us ever higher β¨
- Check it out last night!! The John Wick of anime π
- Stani's $bonsai is in trouble. Go mint people!!
- Been fascinating to watch $BONSAI move around. We're actually able to witness the inception and transfer of social capital for the first time (please correct me if I'm wrong).
I'm hoping to put together a temporal network highlighting this in the coming weeks as interactions continue.
- Ripped a giant bowl of bonsai and now Iβm in outer space.
Why touch grass when I can go to another planet? πͺ
@club/crypto poet
- I'm unironically watching a talent show inside of FFXIV today. π
THE FUTURE IS NOW
- Looking for art across the L2's. Mirror and receive all $BONSAI from referral collects.
Please direct me to some of your favorite artwork π
- Soulsborne games are my favorite, no question. Maybe I hate myself π
- As someone who just started collecting music on platforms like @lens/sound_, I'm realizing how intimate the interaction can be with the creators. It's a new paradigm where we're on the journey together and the same can be said for collectable posts here on Lens. It's going to be fun to watch all the communities grow onchain across web3.
- Pretty good week, our MC seems to be questioning his humanity has he evolves. Love it!
- It's Saturday, so who's ready π
We're watching Classroom of the Elite, Mashle, and Apothecary Diaries for weekly simulcast day π₯°
- Forgot to mention => with the goal of combatting review bombing behavior.
- Wondering if I could utilize @lens/karma3labs to build a Metacritic-inspired application on Lens. Thoughts? π€
- Halo: Reach
better than the TV show lol
Live Chat at https://bloomers.tv/kontak
- I just organized all the drawers where my miscellaneous cords go to die. It's never felt so good knowing I have a hoarding problem.
- I keep coming back to this over the last several days and I found someone that explains one use-case beautifully. π
It's an exceptional read written by lordOfaFew worth a read for anyone wondering how blockchain technology can be value additive for video games.

- My wife and I started our own garden in @lens/focustree_app to keep each other accountable. She's kickin my butt so far.
Humble beginnings for Hygge Acres, but I'm sure it will flourish in time. π₯°
- Anyone in the Treasure/MAGIC ecosystem? I remember when they first released after LOOT, but it seems like they've come a long way.
Thinking of doing a deep dive later this week. π€
- Attention gamers, if you've always wanted to build your own space empire, you should check the strategy MMO Influence on testnet π
- Following up with a gameplay demo from their press kit showcasing what you can expect.

- TIL how to play the fully on-chain game Influence. It's a space MMO where you control as many crews of five crewmates as you have mental bandwidth. Each crewmate is one of five classes that specialize in different skills. It's truly a work of art. The stage is set by the initial lore, but the game charges the community to rebuild human civilization in their own vision. Form guilds, colonize asteroids, farm resources, and expand your INFLUENCE. It plays slower than you might think in order to reinforce calculated, yet rewarding game decisions. Your crew can become anything you wish as you build up resources to venture out and explore Adalia.
One of the most interesting benefits of every action being immutable and recorded onto Starknet is events will literally go down in history as future factions vie for control of Adalia. It's a fascinating project and I recommend checking out the following to learn more: https://www.influenceth.io/
I'll follow up with some more prerelease info shortly!!
#web3gaming
- Tell your friends!! πΏβ€οΈ
- The Pokemon Company announced this weeks a digital card game, Gamers fear it's NFTs. I don't want to go down that rabbit hole. But I am curious in an existing ecosystem / universe like Pokemon what should be consider the benefit of onchain content.
*From the Verge:*
*Also, in the end, itβs just unnecessary. Video game developers donβt need NFTs to create valuable and limited virtual items β just look at how much people will spend on cosmetics in any live-service game.*

I kind of can see that we as Web3 Natives may overvalue the idea of "owning" your asset, as in the day to day if there is a semi accessible ingame market, there might be just a few benefits, but most of them would be hit my just how convenient the controlled market would be from an experience.
So if "asset ownership" is not the killer argument potentially? Could "reputation" be the gamechanger? I remember in early LENS days that @lens/christina and I have been discussing the idea that an open graph like lens could be really cool just in general for match making etc.
What are other things?
- If you haven't seen them yet...these two from last season and this season are must sees imo.
Frieren has that isekai feel, but with a refreshing take on mortality. π
And Apothecary Diaries is just a relaxing story where the MC solves mysteries. β€οΈ

Setup Orb last night and it's still so cool to see content from other Lens applications instantly available here.
BUIDL and they will come
- Seeing how low the barrier to entry was for Threads all because they allowed people to retain their social network reminded me just how valuable of a tool Lens Protocol is.
- Have any of the decentralized "Youtubes" integrated with lens yet π
