- Dev already left.
- The original POINTS contract that I created lacks some key functionality and needs to be redeployed, the original one is immutable, so we need to create a new token contract.
Now, coming to the POINT(pun intended π), we are thinking of a different name for the token to avoid confusion with the one launched before us, I personally don't mind calling it POINTS though, lol.

- Looking back at DeFi. We built something empowering, borderless and a democratizing financial system. I hope we forget how hard it was to build DeFi, because its extremely hard. Is it worth it? Yes. Blockchain tech exist to build systems that previously were error prone by the managing people. There are still countries that do not give decent access to banking, yield or even stable currency. Most of the governments still fund their budgets by printing money, meaning diluting value of your savings. It's not a system that is not build for the best interests of the people.

$LENS info
On Feb 1, @stani.lens, Lens' Founder, published a tweet with Ξ16460695 ETH block.
That block was mined in Jan 22. Could it be a snapshot?

$LENS info
Stani spoke about governance in a Podcast in May 2022
TLDR: It's a progressive approach. Lens in-protocol fee collection is 0 atm, but if switched "on", they could go to a community owned treasury
I tweeted about this in Jun 2022 π

$LENS info
There is no official info yet, this is all speculation, however it's natural for a protocol to eventually pursue decentralization via token governance.
So let's stay tuned and see how this evolves, we are early

How to get a Lens handle?
Many people doesn't know that Lens profiles are NFTs and can be purchased in Polygon Opensea: https://opensea.io/collection/lens-protocol-profiles
Floor price has been slowly inceasing, right now it costs 86 USDC to get one that's already minted.
5/11
If you buy a Lens handle in Opensea, you can start using it immediately. However you can't pick up the @ handle, since it was already minted by someone.
Also, floor price will probably dump hard when Lens Profiles are unlimitedly open to the public. No ETA on that.

How to get a Lens handle?
The other way to get a handle is mint it yourself, but right now minting is closed, and they open it for some users from time to time.
Latest way to get whitelisted is to have +700 DegenScore and mint via Phaver App π

However, when you complete each quest, you earn one free NFT that can be traded via OpenSea. There's one for every quest, so there are 6 NFTs.
