Post by @bradorbradley • Hey
there are far more people who are comfortable creating content BEHIND the camera than in front of it
creating content with your PFPs as a representation o

- Can I get an amen?
- I would go further and say that an avatar that creates content is also a game avatar and that all this information should be relevant to your progression in a game and on social media... ok, games will never absorb a single avatar with shared experience, but that would be ideal :) I also imagine that from the moment all this information can be shared between different platforms, this avatar will become more complex and can even be "hired" to be an NPC in a game, with living and evolving experiences.. I think it would be like a retirement for digital entities...lol
- I agree with this
I mean, I am aware that my fear isn’t actually being in front of the camera, but rather the idea that English is not my first language
So, I just have to get over this fear, and I feel like through an avatar, I can better overcome it until I can truly put my face out there
This is why I would rather write than speak, though in the last year, I spoke more ‘publicly’ than ever (calls, spaces, etc.)
So yeah, I think that considering myself, the idea of using you as the PFP in front of the camera will probably be a great push for a lot of people to pursue this🌹
- Makes total sense! I hate being in front of the camera but sometimes have to forces myself to do it.
- If it's true that it gives you more room to experiment, but it also limits you in creating on-front of camera content if you ever wanted to
the youtuber Dream is a good example of this
- I loved being in front of a camera since I was a kid. It has been my vocation, and I have been working hard to make it happen since then. However, I'm not going to lie I have been finding more comfort behind the mic (spaces, podcast, music, etc.) and instead using technology to create imaginative visuals. Also, I have more time for DMs and connecting with people (since I don't spend time editing, posting, etc.) Sometimes I miss it, and I want to do it again, but probably when the Dragverse.app is back up, and I can be more intentional about video creation.
- hello Bradley! you are so right! luckily music gives you a choice!
