Who also thinks the "SuperFollow" feature has been implemented the wrong way from the start? 🤔 Imho you should be able to choose whether you want to "free follow" or "super follow" someone (or upgrade at a later point). And people can choose whether a post is visible to anyone or encrypted so only accounts who SuperFollow can view it. If you start fresh and set up your profile right away with SuperFollow active, you very likely won't get any followers. And if you have a large follower amount already and then turn it on, a lot of people will think "why do I need to pay now, when X people followed for free" and given their exposure the posts will likely appear in my feed anyways? I think the only scenarios where having SuperFollow makes sense are, when you already have a large audience somewhere else and you bring them to Lens (currently kinda unlikely) - or if you can provide exclusive content to Superfollowers. What are your thoughts on this?
