I've been meaning to say something about @lens/lens and this new wave of frustration... 3 years of giving my input (not that it matters much), trying to contribute (also not a huge deal), just believing, you know? A lot of things feel fundamentally broken to me. I disagree with the direction, the complete lack of communication, the constant FUD, the rewards system, etc. Honestly, it's just not worth the energy anymore. Twitter, Instagram, Lens... it's all tedious! Nothing is worse for a permissionless ecosystem than uncertainty about its future, and that has nothing to do with having 1,000 or a million users. If @lens/stani would just show up and commit to keeping the Lenschain and the protocol “online” for 10 years, no matter what, I'd get my energy back. The tech is fantastic and full of possibilities, but this constant feeling of imminent collapse is a real drag!
