The reward algo will always have natural bias towards “big” accounts, hence there were hardly any change in top 10/20 over last four weeks. Algos can’t truly measure quality as of yet. To keep expectations in check, remember two things: 1\. Lower expectations = less disappointment. 2\. Rewards in Web3 have often been skewed, since many participants are here mainly chasing $$ instead of building value. You can’t control #2, but you can manage #1 by focusing on enjoying what you do in Web3. Any rewards that come your way is Just icing on the cake 🧁
