Over the last few months I started working with a startup that I absolutely love working with. The team has been very welcoming and open to suggestions. I proposed a basic flat black logo design without explaining its symbolism. As I began writing the explanation I get a message from the team expressing what the logo represented to them.\ \ At that moment I realized we were all on the same page and the logo worked as it was meant to. When I saw the finished logo and the enhancements the team added, I knew that we have the potential to achieve great strides together.\ \ More and more unified moments have happened since and I believe many more will come. Its a really cool feeling to feel accepted, respected, and relied on. It creates a safe workspace that makes you want to work harder and try new things.\ \ We know our competitors are giants in the industry and yet our momentum is quickly building, naturally. At times it feels almost effortlessly as pieces fall into the right place. Still very time consuming for all of us but its an enjoyable time.\ \ We recently received our first bit of financial support from Google. It may not be millions but it fueled our team just the same.
