Today, I renamed the project from "competency-graph" to "competence-graph" I made a bulk update to maintain consistency, as each node could be mistaken for an individual competency. The purpose of this project is for the nodes and their overall composition to act as a "context"—one that could potentially represent a person's competence, or simply serve as an area that needs clearer development. Next, I spent some time using my personal mind-mapping tool to reflect on what this project is explicitly trying to "transform." I will share more on this when the timing is right. After that, I had a major takeaway. In my case, I often found myself thinking, "This isn't great," or "That shouldn't be done that way." However, I realized I rarely gave deep thought to the question: "So, how specifically should it change for the better?" I feel this project will hold a lot of meaning for me.
