GM frens. I love SocialFi. 💜 I still think it's one of the best use cases for Web3. But if I could get back all the time I've spent on projects that are now gone, I'd probably be able to take a few months off. The latest one was Base Social. I got in early, even before public access. I posted every day and grew to over 2,000 followers. And then, just like that, they pulled the plug. Again... After Phaver, and so many others... There you are. Starting from zero again. Farcaster also seems to be stuck. Users leave every day. Mini apps are shutting down because interest is fading. I see the Hey project pop up here every day and I really admire the effort and motivation you all put into it. Honestly, I'd happily join you on the journey again. I really like Lens. But somewhere along the way I've become a bit disillusioned. And a bit more realistic. Social payments... I've become skeptical about paying people to participate in Web3. With all due respect, I think that mostly attracts farmers, not people who genuinely love Web3 and SocialFi. So why will this time be different? What do you see that I'm missing?
