Despite my negative opinion, I still believe in Lens, or more precisely, in what it set out to represent. We have good people and good stuff. Orb implements pioneering solutions in many areas, and aside from its occasional slowness, when I use it, I feel like I’m experiencing a glimpse of the future. This is the direction Lens should fully support with a comprehensive marketing campaign. What’s good for Orb is also good for Lens Chain and the Lens Protocol. Of course, it’s essential to first establish the chain’s basic crypto infrastructure (DeFI, NFT platforms) and create a transparent, open developer reward program. If you can’t manage that, you could at least consider funding incentive programs created by the client apps - I understand that developer contributions are way too abstract and hard to measure at the protocol level, but I could imagine a future Orb miniapp reward program if miniapps ever exist. If you don’t care, at least support the apps that do. You have the funds for that. Another issue if you don't wanna use those funds... I repeat, the essence of permissionlessness is not just that you can shift all responsibility onto others to create, build and contribute.
