i lost my faith in foundation when they pivoted to rodeo, similar to how i lost my faith in zora when they started drifting further and further away from their og manifesto. when foundation got sold to blackdove, my first instinct was to remove everything as i didn’t trust blackdove, and i was already faithless about foundation. i’m so sad to see this actually happening, because i loved foundation so much, i think more than any other marketplace tbh. maybe that’s why it hurt so much when things started moving away from what made it special. but i still believe a moment like this, if handled right by whoever is in charge now, could give foundation one last dance (hopefully not the last though). i really think it should end up with someone from inside this world, who has the resources to bring its golden days back. someone from within the art space who understands what artists are facing and can actually help them the most. and has the right intent behind their actions!!!🌹 https://x.com/foundation/status/2044594470297993340
