This is the concept of the creator ecosystem, which Lens misinterpreted by starting out along the fucked up 21-22 NFT/art ownership narrative. Because of this, a significant portion of our space consisted of users sharing aesthetic images in the form of collectible posts, so the entire feed actually turned into art slop since the very beginning. Yeah, many people will hate me for this, but this is not an attack against the creators I follow. I would say about 99% of the working and popular platforms' content is NOT artistic, but informative, analytical or entertaining text-based or audiovisual content that reflects on something and encourages conversation.
