What fucking nonsense are you on about. Channels have channel leads like on Reddit or any forum. I imagine even here channels will have some forum of guidelines and moderation otherwise just use hashtags and it can be a mess like Twitter. This persons art is lovely but it’s not design and so they probably removed it from the channel, which just means it remains a post in that persons feed. Your entire concept of what centralized means is so skewed as to be laughable
