Hi @timjeffries.lens , would appreciate some tips on building up stamina. I can't run past a K in one go and it's not seem to be improving 😔

Of course. 😊 What’s been your strategy so far? If you’re just getting started with running I can recommend a “couch to 5km” type training program. They’re really good and will give you a framework for sustainable improvement. With walking for instance you want to alternate running and walking in small chunks and slowly increase the length of the runs while reducing the walking. Let me know what you’ve been doing so far. 💪🏻
