Luduvigo's approach was certainly creative, yet it aimed to outsmart the system. Had the system been designed to assist him and simplify his life, he wouldn't need to navigate obstacles to increase engagement. Yes, I have many ideas on how we can shift toward quality and human interaction. Consider setting a limit on the number of people one can follow. I've seen some accounts following 80,000 people; it's merely point farming. Following 200 people can be overwhelming—imagine trying to read 200 messages every day! It's impossible! We should also reward accounts that consistently support creators financially. For example, if you donate $ 1 a month to 10 different accounts, you could earn points or other rewards. Others could see who supports these accounts, for how long, and their monthly contributions and income. We need to promote and reward the creator economy. I have many more ideas and would love to discuss these with @lens/phaver and @lens/orb Phaver-up nft is a big example that we head in the wrong direction here. It was free yet i saw many accounts holding 3+ nfts for resale. Things need to be governed, guided and inspired. Otherwise greed and dopamine fix (wel said @lens/panwinyl) will take over this social media too. And no one will have a reason to try it.
