What do you think is the best way to capture contribution? I have been in talk with a team that explores "bounties" further. One thing we try to get our head around is how to measure "impact", "quality", in a fair way. I am saying this because my swiss heritage makes me say there is nothing i truly think is perfect, but then having lived in the US makes me think there is a whole other vibe around "perfect". What I mean my straight forward swiss vibe after an uber ride, in reality is more like everything went fine, 4 out 5. like for a 5 it would need to be something i dont know what... But not giving 5 is just a bad move, because the algo doesn't work this way. ...
