What do you think is the best way to capture contribution? I have been in talk with a team that explores "bounties" further. One thing we try to get our he

I guess for tech it's not too hard - if code is merged to the code base that's pretty awesome. And I'm not referring to fixing spelling mistakes. I guess the dev team can give a good estimate regarding the magnitude of contribution (maybe related to story points or sth similar). content / marketing is a tough one. I guess it depends a bit on the amount of effort the team would like to put into this. Starknet had an "early contributor program" literally everyone was able to apply. Imo that's a great but very time consuming approach. Especially if you don't believe in interaction and follower numbers. To keep things realistic I guess a project will need a framework looking at the number posts, period of activity, interactions with the posts. As you wrote Swiss perfect is impossible. I think "perfect" is sth every team has to define for themselves. There won't be an airdrop making everyone happy. see Starknet, Wormhole, I even saw posts complaining about not receiving $BONSAI :-). And I think that's ok, every project should have a good opinion what they would like to achieve with an airdrop and plan and execute accordingly. bounties in terms of (1) finding code vulnerabilities or (2) like odysseys? I think (1) is great I have no experience here though. I like (2) as well a lot. Odysseys are imo a great way to introduce users to a project, an ecosystem. I can't repeat myself often enough, imo **LENS SHOULD HAVE AN ODYSSEY !!!** Especially now with lots of new users joining ... and having $BONSAI (cc @lens/bonsai ) ... and lots of awesome artists.
