- Changing my environment. Haven’t done it yet, but I know and feel that it is the thing that affects me mentally the most, so yeah🌹

- stop playing League of Legends
- Waking up and going to sleep at the same time, doing yoga, starting my day off with sunshine and walking a lot :)
- In no particular order: 1. Gym 3-4x a week 2. Wim hof breathing when stressed or before sleep 3. Magnesium, vitamins, creatine 4. Got a dog - walks in nature 5. Sauna every other day 6. Less alcohol, more water

Also, *testosterone* is very important for motivation, so i exercise **everyday.**
- Stay off people and work that is stressing get a cold beverage and hook your self to an adventure video game 🎮 😉
