I was having anxiety about 2 hours ago. Water and deep breathing helps, as cheesy as it sounds. You will be ok though, good luck at the doctor's. Be careful with benzodiapine prescriptions (story of my life tbh), but medicine is medicine and sometiems needed. You'll be ok <3
