I genuinely believe that finding a balance between work and health is key, though I think that health should be our main focus… What is more important than it?
I am still working on training my mind to prioritize it more, even though I am aware of its importance… For the time being, I am keeping my body active with some walks that I take during the day, but I want to do more. With time, I am planning to go back to swimming or engage in another sport for at least 1 hour per day. I feel like, aside from the health benefits, it can also bring my mind into a state of peace, which can be super effective for both myself, my soul, and my journey!!

Regarding work-life balance, my unique method, honed over years, reflects my extreme nature. To preserve my sanity, I juggle multiple projects encompassing technical, artistic, and mental growth. I concentrate on one project per day, rotating them daily.
