- Since 2018 I choose one thing and I don’t do it per one year. This is not necessarily related to food, but in 2020 I chose bread and after one year of not eating it I realised how good it feels. I thought that I wasn’t consuming that much, but during that year I understood how much bread was “side included” in many dishes.
Since 2018 and thanks to these exercises I became more aware not just about bread but about eating in general. Now I don’t feel that “need” anymore, so I eat carbs with a pizza for example, but really from time to time (more like in social meetings).
Something that I’m totally in love with are carrots. I eat them like snacks, like hummus, for breakfast…
Oh, and I also eat lot of fruits, now I have kiwis, clementines, bananas, apples, pears…
All in all, I’m a plant-based person, although I don’t close to eat meat when I go to Argentina to visit my family :)

- I recently learned about nutrition and macros and the fact that having a huge caloric deficit actually does the opposite when it comes to losing weight. After talking with a nurtionist I realized that I have to take in 2700 calories per day which is a bit challenging 😂
- eggs are the perfect food and a staple of my diet, other than that I’ve been eating low-carb for almost 20 years now and i love how i feel when i’m sticking to it
- gm .. nachos made in oven with some good sauce on the side is my cheat meal .. add corn or beans & a bit of chilli powder on top ..
- I am big fan of soups, pretty much any kind, love ingredients like celeriac, beetroots, celery and absolutely my favorite is horse radish

- Hi Tali! My name is Ludmila, I'm Brazilian! In the first picture there is a pretty common lunch for me: salmon, cooked vegetables (brocoli, carrots, tomatoes) and smashed pumpkin with cheese.
In the 2nd one is an interesting experiment my mom did for Christmas 🤣 it's funny but represents some of the common vegetables in Brazil: strawberries, grapes, peaches, carrots and brocoli.
The 3rd one is a fancy experience I just had yesterday! I'm in a small beach city, and went out for dinner in a kind of these restaurants that allows you to experiment a bit of a bunch of different stuff. There is chicken heart cream, watermelon with some kind of alcohol and other stuff I forgot but taste delicious 😋
- It's hard to keep it healthy but salad is part of my daily life

- So this was my breakfast yesterday, but not what I usually have for breakfast though. I usually have a lot of méat and milk. Not many végétales and fruit to bé honest. Probably thé complète opposite of what you would suggest lol
- This is what I would love to eat more often but I don’t. Eating mostly Whole Foods, lots of vegetables, proteins, good fats.
- As I am from north India, so on an average per day I eats Dal, Chawal, Roti and Sabji.
I think its enough for me to fullfil all nutrients rather than eating bread, toast, sandwich and other west food.
