I feel like I "should" do, because there aren't any other physical activities that I do.

I think therein lies the biggest challenge. If it's a "should" in your life you basically have to use brute force or some kind of hack to get yourself there. I haven't found those to be very pleasant or sustainable. Do you think you could approach it with a kind of curiosity? That kind of positive exploration mentality that you must bring to things like this wonderful project of DiverseHQ. I think cultivating that kind of mindset might be the first step towards changing your habits. I say this all because if you have to make the decision every morning then it's a hugely uphill battle. But if you're inspired or curious enough to have already made the decision then you'll do it on autopilot. It needs to be predetermined so that you just go through the execution rather than being faced with the decision. I think you could approach it like an experiment. - What would happen if I got up at X o'clock and went to the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week? - Would that make any difference to how I felt/slept/coded/enjoyed life? Something along those lines could give you a pathway into building a new behaviour. It could create a new mentality towards it and start setting a behavioural pattern.
