- Next big thing for Phaver? 👀
Coming soon, feedback and questions appreciated ☺️
Phaver Cred:
- Like on an airline you earn status and reward miles, soon you earn both Cred and Points
- Cred is earned from connecting your NFTs, Clique SBTs and other items in your wallet that improve your credibility (less likely to be a fake user)
- Unique items like SBTs give you Cred and Points the moment you connect them, normal NFTs that can be sold give you some more every day you hold then and are active on Phaver, hodling pays off! 🤷🏼♂️
- Again like airlines, Cred determines your Level (soon 1-4) and perks you get with it. Only L2 and above get free stakes after this change and also the amount of tokens you can redeem for your Points each month is determined by your level.
- Cred is designed to reward the best users, keep botters and farmers away, whitelist those who deserve it to our partner social graphs and also give you extra yield for NFTs and other cool things in your wallet, just connect them and earn Points+Cred every day you’re active😎
Later more partner projects and more ways to earn Cred, including owning Phaver Tokens.

- **Momoka Scaling Solution for Lens - Why is it a game changer...✨🌿🧵**
**What is Momoka? 🤩 🌿**
Momoka is an Optimistic L3 scaling solution, that will process transactions at hyperscale, and is designed to support the next generation of web3 social users.
*See Lens' post for the deep rundown 👀*
**Momoka** address an issue that is as old as blockchains, block space scarcity...which translates to on-chain data storage scarcity. You may have come across the debate on whether NFTs who's metadata is saved on-chain are more valuable or not, or are we clogging up these chains.
This is a concern with blockchains because the more congested execution chains become, the more expensive they are to use. Hence, there has always been a concern regarding the feasibility of social media on-chain.
A lot of Lens apps currently are built in way they've obfuscated away the user having to pay gas on very TXN they create on Lens, subsidising them on the backend. A large part of this is because people would find it hard to stomach having to pay to make a comment, for example.
With Momoka, there is the choice of what should be on-chain and what doesn't have to be. I think this is particularly important because there are things you'd want on-chain and things you might not, like a causal comment.
**This does a two of things:**
Firstly, it improves the overall experience of using Lens apps as we're not going to have to wait for small interactions like comments to be indexed anymore. Low latency, Instant Verification!
Secondly, this dramatically decreases the costs of on-chain interactions as the network as a whole will be less congested with a lot of what people do Lens not being on-chain.
This has the added benefit of making it easier for Lens apps to reach revenue generation if they continue to subsidise on-chain activities and implement viable revenue models. Moreover, this allows for a more sustainable and productive ecosystem.
Aside from all it does for Lens and the viability for decentralised social, it addresses the same issues experienced by projects building in web3 gaming and so many other niches. It'll be interesting to see how Momoka evolves to support potentially various ecosystems in future.
Big congratulations to @lensprotocol, Arweave and @bundlr-network on the announcement 🥳

- .@LensProtocol applications have experienced a significant increase in daily active users, growing by 9x in the last six months.
This surge has been concentrated in social media-based applications, with 44% of active users on @lensterxyz, 23% on @phaverapp, and 12% on @orbapp_. https://t.co/vFrTH8JwGR
- Web3 social platforms are on the verge of disrupting traditional Web2 social platforms by addressing their shortcomings. But how are they doing it? To answer this question, Research Analyst @allyz.lens delves into user behavior and engagement on one of the leading social graphs, @lens_protocol.lens
In case you're not familiar, Lens Protocol is a smart contract social graph built on Polygon that empowers creators to own their Web3 identity, data, and connections. What sets this platform apart is the competitive nature of the various apps on top of this social graph.
To stand out in this ecosystem and attract users, developers need to create the most innovative and useful applications. Many Lens Protocol applications, including @lenster.lens, @phaver.lens, and @orbapp.lens have done just that, experiencing a significant increase in daily active users and engagements.
However, while engagement serves as a critical indicator of health and adoption, Lens Protocol's engagement features have some nuances not typical of Web2 social platforms. These features include posts and comments that are user-owned and stored within a ProfileNFT, collects that are a method for creators to earn revenue also stored as an NFT, mirrors that are similar to an RT with potential use case for advertising, and more.
But the primary distinction between Web2 and Web3 social apps lies in the interoperability of Web3 apps. Web3 apps enable seamless connection to any front-end application on the social graph, which is crucial for the success of a social ecosystem. The dynamics of user interactions within an ecosystem can be understood by analyzing network graphs. If you're interested in learning more about Lens Protocol's network graph, influential applications, user behavior, user retention and migrations, and what lies ahead, check out the full enterprise report from @allyz.lens. It's a must-read for anyone interested in the future of social media.

- Introducing Bonsai, an Optimistic L3 scaling solution, that will process transactions at hyper-scale, and is designed to support the next generation of web3 social users.
Available for Lens devs in closed beta today.
Data availability layers are utilized to prevent storing information on-chain. While content on Lens may include an on-chain transaction, the content data is linked to a data availability location, like Bonsai.
Bonsai serves as a scaling solution that processes Polygon transactions off-chain, achieving hyperscale and reducing costs. Unlike L2 solutions, Bonsai doesn't compress transactions into L1, it sends and stores them on a data availability layer.
The main challenge for decentralized social networks is to ensure that users have control over their content, while still being just as user-friendly as traditional social networks.
Bonsai makes the future of decentralized social possible.
We've worked relentlessly with the @bundlr-network.lens work and Arweave teams to ensure scalability by providing Data Availability (DA) guarantees, allowing the use of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-supported wallets to save DA logic and facilitating the rapid publishing of data.
Permissionless innovation is at the core of everything we do on Lens. As we approach one year on mainnet (still in beta), we have been blown away by the talent and passion in our dev community but we realize in order to scale to the masses, we need to build new solutions.
Bonsai is currently only being beta tested on @lensterxyz.
We look forward to seeing more applications roll out Bonsai.

- How to run a Momoka Verifier
This video walks through how to run a Momoka Verifier on your local machine 👟
The Momoka Verifier enables you to operate a trustless verifier node that validates LENS DA publications in real-time.
It can also serve as an indexer, allowing you to stream and index the data yourself.
This open-source solution relies exclusively on software that you can run independently, without any dependency on LENS.
This ensures that even if LENS were to cease operation, you would retain access to your content, maintain proof of ownership, and continue to utilize it, all thanks to a decentralized data availability storage layer.
