New Lens Data Insight: I was diving into some data this morning reviewing which apps users are most using on the @lens/lens protocol. Overall, @lens/phaver seems to be the most popular app with a 52% market share. @lens/hey comes in second at 24.5%, and @lens/orb is third at 14.2%. But the interesting part is, when you filter for high quality profiles (post and reactions with a quality score >9000), @lens/orb actually takes the lead at 44.9%! @lens/phaver follows at 22.3% and @lens/hey at 19.7%. Is @lens/orb the go to app for existing long term users and is @lens/phaver mostly used by new users? What do you think?

Over the next few days, millions of Muslims around the world begin their pilgrimage to Makkah to fulfill the Hajj, one of the 5 pillars of Islam. 🕋 It is a blessed and honored occasion. Communities and families will celebrate and send-off their loved ones with prayers and song. During my last trip to Sierra Leone, I was gifted the physical copy of a poem I unearthed that was written by my great grandfather El Hajj Gibriel Seasay. This poem is titled “Guidance for the Servants, to The Most Honored of Lands” It is a poem he wrote full of advice and glad tidings to pilgrims from Sierra Leone embarking on their journey to Makkah. Attached you will find a digitized version of the poem and me reciting it in the style of poetry I have heard Sene-Gambians reciting their poetry.
