But this is not true. many people care.
and if you feel like shit, you’re not alone.
I lost all my self-confidence.
I texted mom several times: “mom I’m not beautiful”
I isolated myself from everyone
Because i was dissociating from all conversations.
I used to laugh all the time,
But I hardly even smiled anymore.
Sometimes I didn’t eat for days,
And sometimes I would over eat.
So I started coaching my myself: i’m smart, i’m beautiful, i’m NOT perfect, and that’s OKAY!
I started journaling.
and taking a step back made me realize I’m such a strong bitch lol. 🤌🏼😂
