- Looking at the mainnet of swell today, I feel that the main focus is a low-commission low-price competition strategy, but I don’t see any description of decentralization. It should be a centralized pledge plan. Similar to lido, even more centralized than lido. It's just that the commission rate will be cheaper. I guess this project is not really innovative.

这种机制设计非常有意思，相当于把节点运营商存入的eth，在排队的时候也当成是reth minter的eth进入存款池，和排在第一位的minipool进行配对，尽快产生质押收益。

- 在crypto领域投资，必须要非常小心，寻找具有网络效应、护城河、去中心化、费用捕获机制等特点的项目，上述标准不符合的，都要小心一点。
- 币圈是开源的世界，在这个世界中竞争可以比现实世界激烈很多，你的佣金率就是我的机会。这个现象很普遍，所以如果你没有可持续性，没有护城河，那么盈利能力被摧毁都是迟早的事情，这种项目没有估值的基础，或者只能给非常低的估值。
- 我看到一些所谓的研究型大V，每天阅读很多资讯，也输出很多内容。但是我还没有看到谁真正看重可持续性的盈利能力的，也许他们重视代币经济学的价值捕获问题，但是在实际投资的时候往往并不是如此，仍然非常短期性地做投资决策，没有价值捕获的空气币也没有问题，重要的是叙事。
