1- La ronda se abrió el 29 de marzo en la plataforma Prop House. 32 propuestas fueron inscritas.
2- Antes de la ronda, se compartió un contrato social que fue votada por esta comunidad (Ayer me enteré que no son una Organización Autónoma Descentralizada, sino que están en camino a serlo. Aunque si entran a su Discord, encontrarán que hay contradicciones en los mensajes).
3- Este "contrato social" limitaba la cantidad de votos máximos por holder del token AMIGO a 5 por Prop. La votación (que tuvo un quorum del 116.67%) concluyó 2 semanas antes del cierre de votaciones de la ronda. En este periodo se pudo implementar una solución onchain.
4- Presenté una Prop para "nounificar" el evento ICPCC en Santiago de Chile. En la propuesta mencioné el respaldo de tres personas que conozco y que son parte de Nouns Amigos.
5- Durante toda la ronda este "acuerdo social" no se respetó. Aquí un ejemplo del 7 de abril, en una propuesta que salió ganadora.
6- La cuenta de X Ethereum Guatemala compartió un post animando a que los participantes compartan sus propuestas, con el fin de entregar votos (evidentemente la persona detrás de esta cuenta es holder del token AMIGO).
7- La propuesta de ICPCC recibió más de 45 likes y cuenta con un alcance mayor a 2 mil vistas, superando por creces a las demás. Esos votos no llegaron, y es algo que se puede revisar en blockchain.
8- A menos de 10 minutos del cierre de las votaciones, el usuario necfas (founder de Nouns Amigos) rompió el contrato social, dándole 10 votos a distintas propuestas.
9- En el Discord de esta comunidad, necfas planteó que estaba "en operación", que no había podido votar, que lo hizo rápido y que se le olvidó el contrato social. Yo dejé en claro que entre "un descuido" y una "trampa" hay una línea muy delgada.
10- A pesar de intentar buscar soluciones a esto, la comunidad de Nouns Amigos decidió seguir con la votación onchain. Esto perjudicó la propuesta de ICPCC de Santiago de Chile (que quedó afuera por 1 voto) y otras. Una tabla con todos los detalles también la encontrarán en Discord.
11- En ningún momento algún miembro de la comunidad sugirió hacer una votación on chain para buscar una solución.
12- Varios dieron su opinión, desde que lo que está escrito en blockchain es "ley" hasta que ya se estaba evidenciando una centralización en una comunidad cuyo discurso es abogar por la descentralización. (Paréntesis: no porque uno escriba una mentira en blockchain pasa a ser verdad automáticamente).
13- Las prop ganadoras recibirán como recompensa 0.5 ETH. Es decir, 1.750 dólares al 11 de abril de 2024.
14- El evento ICPCC Santiago, cuyo contexto es la celebración del tercer aniversario de Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) y que tiene un alcance a nivel mundial se realizará de todas formas, ya que no depende de los fondos de Nouns.
15- Se planteó que para la siguiente votación, se intentará buscar una solución a este problema.
PD: esto lo escribo con la única intención de dejar un registro (en blockchain) de lo ocurrido. Estoy abierto a recibir cualquier comentario.

- "Selected Readings of Xi Jinping's Works", which contains many of Xi Jinping's "important works" in the past decade or so, was released last year and has remained high on China's best-seller list, and is still ranked among the top three. In March this year, the book was released in English for overseas markets. Experts told Voice of America that the CCP publishes English versions with the mentality of "brainwashing everyone". In fact, it is difficult for these books to work in democratic countries. Even in China, if it were not for government regulations, ordinary people would not want to read these books at all.
Xia Ming, a professor at City University of New York, has read almost every book written by Xi Jinping, and he is used to reading both the Chinese and English versions. He said that when he read Xi Jinping's book, "everyone was laughing," and many of them were academics. "I tell you, don't laugh, because after I read these books, I will be immune to all kinds of poison," he said.
Xia Ming said that since the Chinese government subsidizes the distribution of these works, he basically obtained the complete set of Xi Jinping's works through free channels, including obtaining donated books from consulates, Chinese companies, relevant institutions and friends.
Xia Ming told VOA that due to research needs, he "bited the bullet and finished reading these books." He advised ordinary people not to spend time reading Xi Jinping’s books. "Ordinary people should not read these books, because they are incomprehensible and meaningless, and they are also very polluting," he said.
