1
in my dream
a whale
a scene from a movie
theological universe
spins around in my bed
not knowing
how to get out
2
herbs for stress
colorful tulips
a line that cuts through
highways
to the grand canyon
or the forest of Chapultepec
the river is me
the scent of the body
a cup of coffee
the infuser of white leaves
the ghosts of the house
3
on the roof
two
avalanches
in 3/4 time
how many songs
did you skip?
today could be the last
of my life
a summer before
I found the world so new
stay another season
4
the waves
of a different
course
new sea
5
the Cordillera
eternal
from my window
nature is more honest in spring
light does not always fill the bedroom
how to live
I don't want to see this catastrophe
as the world spins faster
and we talk together
in the kitchen

What are your thoughts on this?🌊🧜♀️
- I went through a period in my life filled with many regrets, where I wished I had done things differently. What I realized, though it was obvious, was that those things were not within my control. They cannot and will never be changed. What is done is done
What I had to learn was how to leverage the past, take “control” of it, and shape the future I want. I began to see those feelings of regret as indicators to think about how I might do things differently in the future. I understood that it is the present and the future that can be changed, that are within my control. So, I decided to stop having regrets. I chose to understand that what’s done is gone, and I moved on to a new path, shaped by the lessons from my past experiences
Stop having regrets. Start looking at them from another perspective. Understand that your “past mistakes” are actually the things that can help you shape the future you want🌹
