- Almost 4 years ago now.
We were biking over the Williamsburg bridge to meet my cousins for lunch when the noise started.
Pots and pans, a banging, a clanging. Cheers and whistles begin to fill the air.
First from Brooklyn, then Manhattan - an uproar.
The Orange Man had fallen, Biden had won.
After lunch we hopped back on our steeds only to find a bike gang about 200-strong rolling by… so naturally we joined.
Over the next 4 hours we zigged and zagged our way to Central Park, shutting down all traffic in our way.
Some random motocross dudes started doing donuts in the intersections (they’re not with us, we promise).
Eventually we rolled down Broadway and into Times Square where we were greeted by an abundance of revelers.
I was trailing this drum man. It was huge.

- Ham, Potato and Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package frozen French fries
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 ½ cups cooked, cubed ham
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can milk
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Cover bottom of dish with layer of French fries. Add a layer of broccoli, then sprinkle ham evenly over broccoli. In a small bowl mix together soup, milk and mayonnaise. Pour mixture evenly over ingredients in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
