我学习的是道家的呼吸法，一点小经验，供参考。
1. 冥想前的准备工作很重要，几乎可以决定着本次冥想的效果如何。
2. 如何准备？
身要轻，心要静，气要沉。
身轻: 前几天不喝酒，不蹦迪，尽量清淡饮食，不吃辛辣牛肉韭菜生蚝等。前几天尽量不要熬夜，困了就睡觉。冥想时需要保持精神集中，昏昏沉沉就是在打瞌睡，效果不好。
心静: 开始前要摒弃掉杂念，万源放下，情绪平和，不悲不喜，不妄想未来，不执着过去，只关注当下的一呼一吸。
气沉: 气是身体上的物理体验，不是头脑想象的东西。平时用脑过度，气会更集中在身体的上部分，下半身会偏寒，特别是丹田。
气要尽可能的往下走，整个身体就能形成个循环。怎么往下走，可以站桩半小时，或者金鸡独立久一点。
3. 冥想时，自然是很重要的。既不能太过，过于刻意关注呼吸，又不能太松，整个人就会特别的散。
