1/ ช่วงที่ผ่านมา เราจะสังเกตได้ว่า โปรเจคมากมายที่ Floor ไหลลงแบบน้ำตกและอาจไม่กลับมาอีก
2/ สิ่งนึงที่เหมือนกันของโปรเจคเหล่านี้ คือ ขาดการสื่อสารที่ดี
3/ หลายโปรเจค Founder เงียบไม่ชอบความ Hype ออกมาพูดคุยน้อย ไม่ตื่นเต้น ทำให้คนถือไม่มั่นใจในโปรเจค
4/ เป็นเรื่องที่เลี่ยงยาก หากเราจะบอกว่าเราสื่อสารไม่เก่ง เพราะตลาดนี้เป็นเรื่องของข่าวและการเก็งกำไร
5/ Founder ที่ทำให้คนจดจำ เช่น Ray (Memeland) เวลาลง tweet มีเสียงตอบรับเสมอ
6/ หรือการสร้าง Storytelling แบบ 10KTF ทำให้มีคนติดตามทุกวีค ซึ่ง BAYC ก้ได้เรื่องนี้จากทีม Wenew ไป
7/ ถ้าจะบอกว่าคือการสร้างลัทธิ ก็ไม่แปลก เราจะสังเกตว่า โปรเจคเหล่านี้ คนที่ถือจะอินเป็นพิเศษ และมี Blue Chip Holder เข้ามาถือเพิ่มเรื่อยๆ
8/ การสื่อสารจะขยายวงกว้าง เมื่อมีความ Mass เพิ่ม เราจะเห็น Yuga x Gucci / Chirulabs (Azuki & Beanz) x Line Friends เพื่อเข้าถึงคนมากขึ้น
9/ เปนการที่ Web3 เข้ามาในโลก Web 2 มากขึ้นแบบที่จับต้องได้
10/ เริ่มสื่อสารไปใน IG อย่างเช่น Pudgy Penguins / Beanz / Chimpers ที่ทำ Reels และ Tiktok มีคนดูเยอะมากๆ
11/ หากขาดการสื่อสารต่อเนื่องโปรเจคนั้นก็มีโอกาสถูกลืมไปในที่สุด เพราะมีโปรเจคใหม่เกิดทุกวัน
12/ ยุคนี้ใครสื่อสารเก่ง เข้าใจ Holder เก่ง จะอยู่รอด อาจจะหมดยุคของแค่รูปสวย มี Backed ดีอีกแล้ว
13/ โปรเจคไหนที่มีความเป็นเพื่อนกับเรา Founder เก่ง พร้อมรับฟัง มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำสูง แต่ไม่ถือตัวมาก จะเป็นการสื่อสารที่ทำให้ได้ใจคน และโปรเจคนั้นจะอยู่รอดต่อไป
