- Not the most photogenic meal but butter chicken + garlic naan + Pepsi is such a comfort meal

- Raw salmon on little pieces of rice. A bunch wrapped in seaweed like pigs-in-a-blanket.
What a weird invention by the Japanese… tasty one though.😜

Gin based cocktail with cold brew butterfly pea & peppermint tea, lavender cordial & lime.

- Eggs benedict with salmon and spinach.
- Tried Vietnamese Egg Coffee for the first time at lunch today.
A pretty standard, slightly sweet coffee based with a thick layer of whipped egg whites above; topped with Milo (sort of like powdered cocoa).
Love it for its smooth mouthfeel; the flavours also complement each other very well. No idea how many calories are in this small glass but I will definitely be back to have more of this!

Fried rice, pan-fried dumplings, stir-fried beef & leek and some cold soy milk to wash it down.
- Grilled chicken & egg rice, topped with scallions and bonito flakes.
Accompanied by a rock salt iced latte.
- Nasi Lemak is a dish found all over Malaysia, and the variety of colours, flavours and textures is a great allegory for celebrating the diverse range of cultures in the country.
- I have a weird obsession with Nando’s especially since it’s not available in Hong Kong.
There’s just something simple and elegant about grilled chicken with some sauce and herbs.
(PS - bonus points if you see what I did with the fire extinguisher 😉)

- The “Cheese Volcano” pizzas from Domino’s in Malaysia give you a dipping sauce for your pizza crust… simply by baking in a tinfoil tray (like those used in egg tarts) underneath the pizza. 🧀🌋🤯
