Ivano Salonia is the creative director of UFO, based in Amsterdam. An artist, musician and creator in extended realities and virtual worlds. He is the artist behind the UFO poster art and NFTs.
Since July 2022, Ivano and @hollins.lens have been creating the visual identity, art and brand of UFO. We went to ETH Tokyo in April and hacked on a UFO project with Lens Protocol and @livepeer.lens. We just built a website at ufo.fm — an onchain radio station and club for music, arts and ideas. This podcast is the first on the network.
We talk about Ivano’s artistic practice starting out in advertising, design and brand. Doing work with global companies and agencies. How he became interested in making art in virtual reality, and experiments with AI and generative tools such as Midjourney. Diving into the web3, crypto and NFTs space from 2020.

This song is the definition of a 'Hidden Gem'. It plays at the end credits of an obscure Playstation 1 game called 'Silent Bomber'.
I've never played the game before, and honestly, it doesn't look very good, but I was watching a video about obscure PS1 games and it just so happened to show the end credits and this song caught my ear.
So I listened to it a few times, and then wrote it down and learned it on my piano.
It's one of my favourite tunes to play, and yet, no one knows about it because it's trapped on an obscure 25 year old game lol.

(4) what you share on lens is stored and publicly available for a very long time. Probably forever. You can hide posts, comments and mirrors. But that's a front-end feature, the data is still available and publicly accessible.
(5) "collects" are a very powerful concept, adding a NFT version of the post to your address (4th symbol below a post on @lenster.lens ). Collects can be monetised -> creators can use collect fees to earn money on lens.
**one more thing** :-) being active, commenting on posts and topics you are interested in goes a long way. Of course there is a chance that your posts will be discovered, commented and mirrored, but you increase the probability of being discovered dramatically with valuable comments. @jeanmi.lens increased his followers +5k within 39 days. How he did it? "be yourself, try to engage with people, sharing images seems to accelerate engagement/growth, people love to ‘GM'"

- This morning I've been messing around with the 'Generative Fill' feature in the Photoshop beta, and honestly, it's got me questioning: what even is a photo anymore?! 🤯
The original picture (first one) is in portrait format shot at Geierlay Suspension Bridge, Germany, and all the landscape ones were generated using Photoshop.
Would you question any of the pictures if you stumbled upon them online?
Mind you, this is still in beta, and Adobe arguably has the biggest database and the most experience in photo manipulation to make it look flawless (Or flawed enough to make it seem real 🥴)
