Shegby as a Network State was born out of a clear vision to change the way people experience and connect with local communities.The problem we set out to solve is twofold: the lack of employment opportunities and the underutilization of local expertise. To achieve our vision, we are creating essential and impactful Web3 services: P2P Marketplace: Our decentralized marketplace of services facilitates the purchase of services and the exchange of cryptocurrency also, bridging the gap between digital and fiat currencies and providing seamless transactions for our users. Proof of Personhood (Human Rank): We've developed a user identification system aka "Proof of Personhood" that combines Web of Trust and social graph analysis. We call it "Human Rank", inspired by Google's PageRank algorithm. Shegby Wallet: To empower our users, we offer the Shegby Wallet - a user-controlled wallet. A close analogy is Beam.eco, which is based on account abstraction and the ERC-4337 protocol. Together, we are building a Network State that offers users worldwide unique opportunities for earning, asset management, and governance, integrating both the social and technical aspects of a digital state. Network states built on Web3 technologies are a concept that offers a new model of governance and management based on decentralization, transparency, and autonomy. They aim to replace or significantly alter traditional centralized states by providing an alternative based on distributed networks and blockchain technology. In traditional states, centralized power exists, where decision-making, resource management, and rules are regulated by the central government. However, network states strive for statehood through collective decision-making and a distributed system of governance. Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications, play a crucial role in building network states. They ensure transparency, security, and autonomy in governance systems, as well as enable collective decision-making through voting and decentralized organizations. In network states, policies and decisions can be developed and adopted by the participating community, where everyone has the opportunity to voice their opinions and contribute. This opens up new possibilities for broad citizen participation, support for innovation, and resource management without the need for a centralized intermediary. However, it is worth noting that the concept of network states is still in a developmental and experimental stage. Many challenges and questions related to legitimacy, security, economic models, and implementation require further research and discussion. Overall, network states based on Web3 technologies aim to redefine and transform the traditional concept of a state, offering new models of governance, collaboration, and power distribution. Based on what has been said, within the Shegby team - "Web3 Concierge and DAO", with each passing day, we are increasingly realizing that we are building a Network State. Web3 technologies, such as blockchain and smart contracts, serve as modern and technologically advanced tools to achieve our goals. Shegby is a web3 concierge service and a DAO of Locals worldwide who earn addressing Travellers' issues. A P2P-marketplace of services in essence.
