**Grayscale** has just won their lawsuit against the SEC. The U.S. might just get its FIRST spot #Bitcoin ETF after a historic court ruling. The Grayscale #Bitcoin Trust had been trading at a discount to its underlying asset since February 2021, with the discount reaching a record 50% in December after the SEC's rejection. However, the discount narrowed to around 25% as optimism grew following applications for bitcoin spot ETFs. In summary, a federal appeals court's ruling mandates the SEC to review its rejection of #Grayscale's attempt to convert GBTC into an ETF, potentially impacting the #crypto market and paving the way for the first spot bitcoin ETF in the U.S.22375,280

Monday Motif - No. 15 This is a motif I had written to be the ending section of another piece, that needed an ending in the scale of G# Minor. so as some of you might know, i recently fell for a phishing scam and got drained for all my WMATIC. navigating this crypto space can be really frustrating for people like me who are relatively new to it all, especially so when the fruits of months of your time and effort can be taken from you in an instance. bottom line is: it sucks. but hey, shit happens and all you can really do is get through and keep pushing. despite this overwhelming demotivating feeling, that's what i decided to do. this is the first beat i make since getting rekt, and i decided to publish it as a cheaper unlimited collect to try and recoup some of what i lost. collect only if you like the track or if you wanna help a dude out. this is not a pity party. i messed up and learned my lesson. thanks so much to the frens who responded immediately with kind words, suggestions and security tips. special thanks to @0xzfi who got on a long call with me and walked me through revoking permissions and getting more secure. you guys give me faith knowing there's still plenty good people out there. 🙏❤️ ------------ "far away" 2 WMATIC open edition
I would say my favorite mythological creature is the 'Nāga' which is prevalent in Thai and Javanese cultures. In Thailand, it's specifically referred to as **Phaya Nak** or **Phaya Nāga**. I'm half Thai/half Indian but I mainly grew up in Nigeria and Austria so it's always been something special for me when I visit and immerse myself in the culture. Yeah, in Thailand you can see the Nāga everywhere in different artworks, as part of Temple Designs alongside many other mythological beings and things. According to a popular legend, the Mekong River in north-eastern Thailand and Laos was said to be created by two Nāga kings slithering through the area, thus creating the Mekong and the nearby Nan River. The Mekong is synonymous with the unexplained fireballs phenomenon which has long been believed to be created by the Nāgas that dwell in the river. Nāgas are considered the patrons of water and are believed to live in either water bodies or in caves 🌊

This has to be one of the most stunning hikes I’ve done! You start in Stoos, in the Swiss canton of Schwyz. There is a chair lift that brings you up to Klingenstock, where you start the “Gratwanderung” or ridge walk. You can either go all the way to Fronalpstock, where there is another chair lift and restaurant back down, or you can walk down halfway. It takes 2-3 hours depending on your pace. Throughout, you have incredible views of the Alps and Lake Lucerne. 😍
