- When we understand that we are the level of governance, we will truly understand that in fact, nothing is taken for granted, it is all due to the current situation. When the policy goals set by policy makers are at odds with your personal goals, that's when you need to pay the price.
The personal lives of ordinary people largely follow a certain set route, which is both an invisible hand and a visible hand. The path has been planned long ago. If individuals do not have the spirit of independent thinking, or the courage and ability to explore different paths, they can only be trapped in this invisible but powerful established path, move forward, and eventually become fuel.
How to walk out of our own freedom and splendor in the established path is a question that we should consider as individuals. We should strive to become sovereign individuals. To be a free person requires independence in both material and spiritual aspects. This requires entering the crypto world to be able to do it. This is why I like crypto. Although there are many things in the crypto world that I don’t like, as long as I can provide decentralized sovereign personal freedom, I will always like the overall crypto.
- Among the current wallet software, mainstream wallets have not yet issued tokens, and are basically still in the stage of attracting users, and the profitability of mainstream wallet software is very amazing, just look at the Meta mask wallet.

- 分析crypto项目的关键点包括：团队、社区、机制设计、用户行为、代币经济学、竞争对手和市场趋势等，方方面面都要考虑到。
- 一种资产的价值计算一般都是按照未来自由现金流折现模型，在crypto领域貌似不太适用了。crypto领域更多是供求关系的变化产生价格，而价格未必有直接的现金流支撑。
- 治理代币有点类似于永远不分红的公司股票，这么对比貌似也不准确。因为公司即便不分红，用利润再投资，最终公司清算，投资者是可以拿到相对应利益的。而如果dao清算，治理代币的价值也许会趋向于零。
- 治理代币的价值只对要约收购的投资者有价值，对一般散户而言是没有太多价值的，因为你没有能力购买51%的代币并控制协议和更改参数。
- 纯治理代币代表了对协议的控制权，虽然没有费用捕获机制，但是如果购买了51%的代币，就拥有了更改协议参数和机制的权力，这种权力本身是有价值的。
- 纯粹的治理代币仍然长期保持高估值，这是合理现象还是阶段性现象？是否有更加本质的我没有了解到的东西支撑它的高估值？
- 把自己的工作产品化的典范是有一个哥们专门在notion上面做模板然后出售，一年赚取几百万收益。这就是典型的产品化，可以一次制作而重复销售，这是非常好的模式。
- 因此，碧桂园服务最大的风险还是在于整体房地产市场趋势性下跌，
如果这样，对其将会有显著影响，而这个风险的概率还不小。
鉴于这个逻辑，市场断然不会给它太多的估值回升空间。

动态清零政策的取消也许是对房地产市场更强的一记强心针。
