- **Introducing Smart Auctions**
Collect auctions are now possible with “Smart Auctions”! You can finally create digital collectibles on Lens and sell them at auction. The options for monetizing your content on Lens keep expanding. 🌿
What are Smart Auctions, and what makes them so *smart*?
- Smart Auctions work just like regular Collects, giving you the ability to easily tokenize your posts.
- Bidding on a Smart Auction is **gasless**. Thanks to Lens Open Actions, you can bid on an auction with only a signature!
- NFTs created with Smart Auctions are **not hidden in OpenSea** and are visible in popular wallets, unlike regular Lens Collect NFTs.
- The NFT contract is **owned by the author**, allowing for proof of creation, collecting onchain royalties, and more.
- The auctions are **100% onchain** and part of your social graph.
- Auctions don’t start until the first bid is placed and are automatically extended after the last bid to prevent sniping.
- Smart Auctions can easily be adopted by any Lens app, permissionlessly, since they’re built on the Open Actions protocol.
There are a handful of auctions already live! You can find them and create your own Smart Auction **right now** on @lens/ornaart - https://orna.art.
- This is my first music video dropped on chain!
There's a yearning for inhibition that can only be satiated in private. This piece depicts the artist performing when the audience is solely herself. By recording alone on a webcam, YUNICE found the prowess to move for the camera freely, capturing moments that would have never existed otherwise.

- SpaceX Unveils Sleek New Spacesuit for Historic Private Spacewalk
SpaceX has revealed a futuristic new spacesuit designed for the upcoming Polaris Dawn mission, which will feature the first-ever private spacewalk. The sleek, black-and-white suit offers enhanced mobility and is equipped with advanced features such as a 3D-printed helmet with a heads-up display, camera, and upgraded visor to handle solar glare.
The suit also incorporates new thermal management textiles and flame-resistant materials from SpaceX's Falcon and Dragon spacecraft. During the mission, the Polaris Dawn crew will test the suit's performance and safety at an altitude of 435 miles (700 km) above Earth.
The development of this innovative suit marks a significant step towards scalable spacesuits for future long-duration missions as humanity becomes a multiplanetary species.
- ## Bitcoin ETFs Bounce Back as Inflows Surge
After a week-long slump, Bitcoin ETFs are back in the green. On Friday, a whopping $ 378 million poured into the ten BTC index funds, with the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust surprisingly receiving $ 63 million in net inflows.
This comes after GBTC lost around 330,000 BTC worth over $ 17 billion since the SEC approval. Meanwhile, Bitcoin trades at $ 63,940, recovering 3.15% compared to the previous week. Other ETF issuers also saw positive figures, with Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund leading the daily gains with $ 103 million in net inflows.

I have some more ideas/features to build on here, but I'll be focusing on some bots analysis next instead. But drop any feature requests below 👇 Connecting your wallet to Cryptovoxels is as easy as any other web3 site, so I could also create a recommended view based on connected wallet following, interests, spending habits.

- Breakthrough AI Algorithm Trains Robots with Precision through Chaos
Researchers from Northwestern University have developed a groundbreaking AI algorithm called Maximum Diffusion Reinforcement Learning (MaxDiff RL) that trains robots more efficiently and reliably. The approach may seem counterintuitive at first, as it encourages robots to explore their environment randomly. This method allows robots to gather a wide range of experiences, resulting in a robust dataset that enables faster and more effective learning.
MaxDiff RL consistently outperforms other state-of-the-art AI platforms and algorithms. One notable feature is that robots can learn new skills and apply them flawlessly, often on the first attempt. This represents a significant improvement over other models that primarily learn through repeated trial and error.
The researchers believe this new algorithm could be widely applied in robotics, from self-driving cars to household robots and even robotic arms in kitchens. The findings of this research were published in the journal Nature Machine Intelligence and lay the foundation for transparent and reliable decision-making in embodied reinforcement learning agents.
