📉 Providing liquidity can result in money loss. It's called "impermanent" because it's specific to automated market makers.
Impermanent loss occurs when token prices change after depositing them in a pool. The larger the change, the greater the loss.

• Provide liquidity with low APY during slack periods
• Choose a platform without audits
• Choosing a pair that is too volatile
• Don't manage your position
It's important to be aware of these mistakes. Failing to manage your emotions can lead to actual losses.

• Gain a thorough understanding of the concept of Impermanent Loss
• Instead of getting enticed by high APR, prioritize reliable platforms that can be trusted
• Choosing correlated pairs
Liquidity providers have the opportunity to make money through:
• 💳 In-pool fees: (e.g., 0.2% on each trade)
• ⛏Farming (Liquidity Mining) is the main yield and depends on the current APY
🏦 APR, or annual percentage rate, is the annual interest rate. For example, an APR of 52% means a $1000 deposit will grow to $1520 in a year.
🚀 APY, or annual percentage yield, considers compound interest. By reinvesting rewards and growing your position, you can earn more over time.
It was the basic elements of LP farming to help you begin your yield journey. For beginners, it's advisable to start with a minimum amount. As you gain experience, you can gradually increase the amount you're willing to invest.
