For this drop @sttsm.lens and myself combine our signature sounds to create a musical piece full of energy and syncopated melodic lines. The blend of synthesizers with acoustic instruments, such as the Colombian tiple, the acoustic guitar, and the Peruvian cajón, contrasts with the beats typical of Drum and Bass.

- We have raised $2.3M to build an everyday app for web3 social!
It's wild to see how things can change in just one year!
Almost this time last year, I was just hacking around this lil side project while pursuing my master's on a student visa.
Then, I decided to continue on this journey, and since then, I've found co-founders, we have established a company, jumped full-time, started working out of @fdotinc.lens, raised funds, and built a pretty strong team.
And now, we're ready to take this lil project to the next level!
Our goal is to build an app which you can use everyday to connect, interact and transact in your life on web3!
In the past year, we have witnessed tens of thousands of users experiencing the web3 social world for the first time through the @orb.lensapp.lens.
@LensProtocol.lens and @orb have enabled many creators to monetize their content with a small audience and still earn a substantial amount of money.
We have observed communities forming around orb, growing, and cultivating their niche audiences.
What's even more remarkable is that we have discovered our power users who have been using orb every day for the past year!
And now we are ready to game and make the experience more enjoyable and accessible to the whole web3!
LFG! 🚢

- 📚 GM, Frens!
Here's an interesting fact: I spent some part of my life working as a book consultant. So why not dedicate a new blog post to it? xD
I enjoy business literature because it provides a fresh perspective on the industry. No, books won't tell you how to become a billionaire. However, they can offer unique knowledge that authors have dedicated their entire lives to.
In my view, books are like cheat codes for players in the game called "life." They allow you to explore realms you may never venture into, experience different roles, and save you lots of time by providing unique insights.
So, let's get started!
📖 Robert Kiyosaki - "Cashflow Quadrant" - You can be as skeptical about the author as you want, and I'll even agree with you. But, as they say, "the message was on point." This book is genuinely good and has become a worldwide bestseller for a reason.
📖 George S. Clason - "The Richest Man in Babylon" - This book is an essential foundation that you must read if you want to improve your financial situation.
📖 Lee Iacocca - "Iacocca: An Autobiography" - A very pleasant and easy-to-read book with a captivating story. It offers valuable insights into events happening in large corporations.
📖 John Kotter - "Matsushita Leadership: Lessons from the Most Remarkable Entrepreneur of the 20th Century" - A fascinating book about the life of a resilient individual.
📖 Kitami Masao - "Samurai Without a Sword" - I love the history of Japan, especially when presented from a business perspective. It's a great little book.
📖 Robin Sharma - "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" - Yes, you could call it a bit cliché. Honestly, I experienced some disappointment, and I doubt the suggested practices work in reality. Nevertheless, it's a powerful book about self-discovery and finding harmony within oneself. I think it's worth reading.
📖 Henry Ford - "My Life and Work" - If you don't want to read a lot of fluff and are looking for the essence of industrial entrepreneurship, this book is for you. It's interesting to see the contrast between those who write books about business and those who truly engage in it.
📖 Bill Gates - "Business @ the Speed of Thought" - Another practical "foundation" that is worth reading. No fluff, just lots of useful insights.
📖 Napoleon Hill - "Think and Grow Rich" - This book is an excellent quintessence of business literature. Quite impressive.
📖 Bertil Torekull - "The IKEA Story" - An interesting biography about an exceptional entrepreneur. I enjoyed his approach to business and some unconventional ideas regarding company management.
Have you read any of these? Or perhaps you know of other great books in the realm of success and business that you enjoyed? Let me know!
Feel free to share your thoughts and recommendations!

*Most of you might think that winning a game is solely about talent, skills, gaming prowess, and natural abilities. And you're absolutely right.* 🧠
**However, that's only part of the success equation, which consists of several factors:**
Your physical condition, your gaming experience and esports skills, your psychological state, the absence of distractions, optimizing your auxiliary interfaces and controllers for interacting with the gaming environment, whether it's software, external peripherals, a comfortable desk, and chair – all of these enhance your chances of victory. 🏋️♂️
*Before achieving victory in the game itself, you must win several battles:*
[1] **Victory over yourself. Tame your body.** 💪
Are you familiar with that restless feeling when you can't sit still? Your body itches, energy bubbles inside you, and you want to move?
`This state is your enemy when it comes to concentration in gaming.` First and foremost, I recommend some physical warm-up exercises; do some stretching, exercise – anything to loosen up and calm down a bit. It's preferable to engage your hands and fingers; it will also help prevent them from getting tired during the game.
Then wash your hands with soap to prevent them from becoming sticky and sweaty. If your hair keeps getting in your eyes, do something about it. If your nails look like claws, it's better to trim them. `xD`
👁️ Give your eyes a break; you'll have to keep them open for several minutes, watching a dynamic, bright screen. `o_O`
Feeling sleepy, hungry, thirsty, needing to use the restroom, or scratching your back or head? First, take care of your needs, and then start gaming. `Your physical condition should not become an obstacle while gaming.`
During gaming, your fingers might get tired. Think about which finger is most comfortable for you to use, and in the beginning, when the game is easy, you can press the button with a different finger. Later, when it becomes more challenging, switch to the finger that feels more comfortable for you.
[2] **Victory over space and time.** 🕒
`Numbers are abstractions`. In reality, even in the physical world, numbers do not exist. They also do not matter in game mechanics. Try not to look at the scoreboard while gaming, as all rating milestones you set for yourself are psychological. As you get closer to your record or the top result, you'll start to worry and panic.
Play some energetic, rhythmic music, a playlist so that you won't be distracted when a song ends. During gaming, you need to strike a balance between focus and relaxation; it's similar to meditation. You must concentrate on the game and think about nothing else, but at the same time, don't get too fixated on the gameplay. It should become automatic;
`your eyes should signal your hand to press the button before your brain even registers it.`
You don't need desires, thoughts, intentions, or motivations in arcade games; you need reflexes and actions.
Unfinished business, waiting for something, alarms, conversations with friends, work – there should be nothing to distract you while gaming. Minimize these distractions.
[3] **Victory over ambitions and fear.** 🤖
The desire to win is good motivation, but you don't need it because it can lead to dangerous overconfidence and can backfire in case of defeat.
**Just play for the sake of the game, not the result.**
If you fear losses to the extent that you won't be able to react in time and ruin your result, start by playing without pressing any buttons, just watch how you lose. Do it again and again until you get used to it and understand that it's normal. You can always start over, and you have an infinite number of attempts.
During gaming, you might feel like giving up, and your brain will suggest surrendering. Resist it, try to stay in the game longer. It's largely about endurance, not just reaction. If you play many matches in a row as part of your training, take a break before aiming for a result; otherwise, you'll get tired with each new attempt and play worse.
When the game gets tougher, it takes time to adapt, and in such moments, you may start getting nervous. Try to calm down by taking a few deep breaths.
[4] **Gaming advantage.** 🎯
Why do gamers buy mechanical keyboards, powerful computers, and high-refresh-rate monitors with low response times? After all, you can play on a smartphone or a laptop keyboard, right?
It's not just about comfort; it's about pure mechanics. These devices are optimized for gaming. When I play, my hand isn't suspended; it rests on the table along with my elbow, thanks to my comfortable gaming desk with a groove in the middle. This way, my hand doesn't get tired from the tension.
We can't change everything in the moment, like buying a powerful computer, but everyone can do something. `Close all active applications and browser tabs that consume RAM before gaming.`
Update your graphics card drivers. If you have an SSD, put your browser on it, as it's faster than an HDD. I use a separate browser, Opera GX, for gaming.
*Spacebar is a good key, but not intended for too frequent presses due to its size. Your thumb is likely not trained enough to press spacebar continuously, so it's better to reassign the key using keyboard macros or special software.*
Also, turn off any software hindrances, such as "sticky keys" and buttons that trigger various system menus in the operating system.
In the game menu, pay attention to the background setting. In the "DynoPop 80s" image, there's a bright spot of a sunset. It might irritate your eyes. However, the bright and easily visible obstacles against the dark background and the well-visible character make it comfortable for me to play with this background. `Choose a style that is comfortable for your eyes.`
Players don't win in a hundred out of a hundred cases, `but they increase their chances of winning.`
If there's something that gives you even a 0.5% chance of winning, it's better to have that small percentage on your side. You won't see an esports player sitting on a stool or getting distracted by a phone call during a competition.
*Optimize the conditions that increase the chances of winning your game and then, one day, you will beat...yourself.* `^_^`
