When running, the brain is in an empty state, the body is doing inertial movements, sweating profusely, and there is a sense of pleasure surging in the body. Although it was a little uncomfortable at first, but after the strength passed, it will feel comfortable. People who often run will have an addiction, which is most likely due to the pleasure caused by hormone secretion, and then this pleasure will make people repeat the exercise. Running is very boring for many people, but for me, it is a moment of emptiness and tranquility. Perhaps inadvertently, an inspiration will come to my mind unconsciously. And this kind of inspiration cannot emerge while sitting at a desk. Therefore, running for me is not only a sport, but also a brain collision to find inspiration.
跑步的时候大脑是放空的状态，身体在做着惯性的动作，大汗淋漓，有一种快感在体内涌动。虽然刚开始有点难受，但是这个劲儿过了之后，就会感觉到舒服。经常跑步的人，会有一种瘾，这种瘾大概率是由于激素分泌导致的快感，然后这种快感会让人重复这项运动。跑步对于很多人来说是十分枯燥的，但是对于我而言，是大脑放空和宁静的时刻，也许在不经意间，一个灵感就会不自觉涌上心头。而这种灵感是坐在办公桌前没有办法涌现的。因此，跑步对于我而言，不仅仅是一项体育运动，还是一项寻找灵感的头脑碰撞。
