Fabian Vogelsteller, the inventor of the Ethereum ERC-20 Token standard, plans to release L1 blockchain LUKSO. Vogelsteller stated that LUKSO will be born from Ethereum and will launch a Genesis Verifier Deposit Smart Contract on Ethereum in the coming weeks, allowing users to deposit 32 LYXes (an ERC-20 Token released in June 2020) as Genesis Verifiers.
