Another project I am interested in is $WAS (I actively invest in this). Wasder is an app (already live with 470K MAUs [*mothly-active users*]) made for gamers looking for other gamers, to play with. Similar to other social networks, Wasder asks you which consoles and games you play and then recommends content and gamers that match most closely with you. Instead of only meeting people as you play, Wasder allows you to find gamers beforehand, view their achievements, and team up for your next match. Earlier this year (or late last year, not sure really) they announced a partnership with $UOS (deems itself the Steam of Web3) which is something noteworthy to keep an eye on.
Not sure if I'll mention tokenomics in future posts but since I already wrote this up, I'll keep it. The tokenomics look to have an immediate inflationary impact as 35.3% of the token (although only 10-15% of these tokens are released on a monthly basis) are allocated towards the seed, private, and team buckets. An additional 21.5% for the ecosystem (rewards) is released on a 36-month linear basis with staking emissions making up an additional 20% of the tokenomics. IMO, not the best but still a believer in the ideas so we'll see how this investment pans out.

This is a project that I found out about in early 2022: https://www.rmrk.app/ (RMRK)
This is the first working use case of composable (dynamic) NFTs that I've seen yet. You can equip other NFTs to them and they'll appear in the NFT. Take my current PFP for example, the hair, hands, clothing, eyes, and background are all unique NFTs. You can add to it, and sell individual parts. Pretty cool stuff imo. RMRK standard was first developed in the Polkadot eco but is coming to EVM as well. If you'd like to dig more, see Bruno's workshop at ETH Denver's Hackathon and follow the rabbit hole:

Here's a project I found interesting this morning. Fractionalized real estate: https://www.lofty.ai/
Not sure what the update is on this wallet exploit (*https://decrypt.co/122360/algorand-wallet-myalgo-urgest-users-withdraw-funds-9-2m-exploit*) which happened last month but will poke further into this project.
