- Always late to the game just hearing about @lens/phaver, need to explore more of the lens ecosystem. Any suggestions on where to start?
- Almost 3 months following Permissionless, the most important thing I want to see is client-led growth.
Primarily around user adoption, acquisition, and more experiments.
Users need more purpose and support when getting started. They need to establish their graph, discover, and engage with good discussions. Beyond a tutorial, optimizing the feed for first-time users, and surfacing groups is a good starting point.
What’s great about Bonsai is that it gave users more purpose. It created a meta to create on top of, using collects to inspire and motivate creators. Meme/community coins have the potential to attract new and reactivate existing users. The collaboration between Orb and Bonsai was one of the largest reactivation moments on Lens to date.

- What do you all think about the @lens/layerzero_labs recent anti sybil criteria. Was it a hit or miss? Honestly I really didn’t farm this as much as I wanted and I’m all for disqualifying sybils but some this was quite unnecessary in my opinion. You can read on the exact criteria below
