The trailer for “Here” really felt different to me. Tom Hanks and Robin Wright are “de-aged” throughout the movie with a generative AI tool called Metaphysic Live. The director claims that the story couldn’t be told without this, as the plot follows Hanks and Wright over multiple decades. It’s fascinating to see how AI is being applied directly onto actors (not just as complimentary characters, background settings, etc.).
