举个具体案例：
当以太坊单价1000美元时，200个人，每个人要执行100个动作，每个动作的Gas是0.1 ETH。
如果没有第二层扩展，这些动作统统只能在以太坊上执行。这时总共要消耗的Gas是200 x 100 x 1000 x 0.1 = 200万美元；其中每个用户消耗的Gas是100 x 1000 x 0.1 = 1万美元
当有了第二层扩展这200个人执行的100个动作最终只有一步计算需要在以太坊上做，而这步计算的Gas是0.5 ETH。这时总共要消耗的Gas就是 1000 x 0.5 = 500美元；其中每个用户消耗的Gas是 500 / 200 = 2.5美元。
