Hello, everyone, dear members of Lens Protocol. Today, I want to discuss a topic that concerns us all: the recent decline in activity on Lens.

Over the past few months, I've noticed some concerning trends:
📉 Posts have decreased by 21.65%
📉 Comments have dropped by 12.87%
📉 Mirrors have fallen by 28.71%
(Compared to the previous 30 days)
These numbers are alarming for the platform and all of us who contribute to its ecosystem.
❓ What's Happening? ❓
I don't have all the answers, but I would like to start a conversation about some of the possible reasons behind this decline:
- Has the quality of the content changed?
- Are new platforms capturing the users' attention?
- Is having a waiting list affecting the activity of the network?
I remember @stani mentioning that social networks are a party, and we need to take care of the participants at the party. Are we getting bored with this party?

- I always wanted to learn martial art but never have the guts until recently. This year I told myself I will try every single one and stick with the one that i like. That's how I found Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. It may look chaotic but one of the first key lessons is to stay relax when you spar/roll. Funny enough when I started, I'd panic a lot because I wasn't sure what I was doing at first. Months down the road, I starred to feel more relax and this is my go to activity, to reset; to learn; and to stay calm.
