33 Reimagining Art Practice with UFO — @ivanosalonia.lens Ivano Salonia is the creative director of UFO, based in Amsterdam. An artist, musician and creator in extended realities and virtual worlds. He is the artist behind the UFO poster art and NFTs. Since July 2022, Ivano and @hollins.lens have been creating the visual identity, art and brand of UFO. We went to ETH Tokyo in April and hacked on a UFO project with Lens Protocol and @livepeer.lens. We just built a website at ufo.fm — an onchain radio station and club for music, arts and ideas. This podcast is the first on the network. We talk about Ivano’s artistic practice starting out in advertising, design and brand. Doing work with global companies and agencies. I bought 💵 an account, and the story of Butterfly 🦋, also known as Animators, began. I posted my drawings 🎨... One day, while wandering on Lenster 📱 🌿, I had the wonderful idea 💡 of redrawing ✏️ the profile pictures of users I admired ❤️, kind of like my old fan arts 🤭, except this time it was for the Lens accounts I liked. But as I started drawing ✏️, I thought to myself, "Why not include everyone who supports me 🤔?" And that's how my famous post from 0 to 100 followers came to be, as @punkess.lens already mentioned. After making that post 🌿, I was really happy 😊🥳, and it motivated me to give even more on Lenster 💪. Posting on Lenster 🌿 brings me so much joy, it almost excites me as much as drawing 🤭.
