What it’s like seeing Momoka in action
Allow us to reintroduce ourselves...meet the native hyperscaling solution for Lens, Momoka! Momoka is an Optimistic L3 scaling solution, that will process transactions at hyperscale, and is designed to support the next generation of web3 social users. Data availability layers are utilized to prevent storing information on-chain. While content on Lens may include an on-chain transaction, the content data is linked to a data availability location, like Momoka. Momoka serves as a scaling solution that processes Polygon transactions off-chain, achieving hyperscale and reducing costs. Unlike L2 solutions, Momoka doesn't compress transactions into L1, it sends and stores them on a data availability layer. The main challenge for decentralized social networks is to ensure that users have control over their content, while still being just as user-friendly as traditional social networks. Momoka makes the future of decentralized social possible. On April 7, EigenLayer, an Ethernet repledging protocol, released the first phase of the EigenLayer protocol test network on the Ethernet Goerli network, which currently supports only liquidity repledging and native repledging. Liquidity repledging supports repledging various liquidity Tokens on EigenLayer contracts. the release of EigenLayer will take place in three phases, for pledgers, node operators and services. the beta network is an early, non-incentivized beta network and the code is under active development, EigenLayer said.

Arbitrum has responded to the governance controversy on its official Twitter page, retweeting a lengthy clarification posted in the official governance forum. Regarding some of the controversies involved in the governance proposal, Arbitrum explained that with the launch of the DAO, a "chicken or egg" question arose and many decisions had to be made before the official launch. Regarding AIP-1, Arbitrum noted that the goal of the proposal is to involve the community in the initial decisions and ultimately allow token holders to vote on the initial decisions and framework through the DAO. Regarding the on-chain transfer of 50 million ARBs, Arbitrum provided clarification: the foundation did not sell 50 million ARB tokens. 40 million of them were allocated as loans to a savvy participant in the financial markets, while the remaining 10 million were converted to fiat currency and used for operating costs.
