- Back in April a die-hard oyibo burnaboy fan flew all the way from France to Nigeria after she reportedly sold some of her clothes and her house just to pay for a flight ticket to see the Africa giant in person 😳
This felt like a lie but after burnaboy made research it turned out to be true and burna welcomed her with open hands after he gave her a ride in his Millions of dollars Lambo around lagos ✊
After everything burnaboy paid for her trip back and gave her some figures that was not revilled online but it was heavy.
ODG dey for everyone.
Mush love 😘
- “ Most of the songs Burna Boy is dropping today he wrote them 8 years ago , the world hasn’t seen 50% of Burna Boy “
Some people think Burna was small when I used him as a Vixen , No he was even bigger than me . I was always around him , he told me Morgan , I’m not in a haste , I’m
Putting my stuffs together, once I go out , the world will respect me . I just want to work . That’s how he wrote , recorded more than 200 songs and today he is who he wanted to be
I don’t know what you do , do not let “ Congratulations “ to others make you deliver your projects prematurely . Take your time and work , put things together so that when you step out you fly . Take time , work and plan .

- The Spanish channel (Movistar +) shared an important video (which was not broadcast live) detailing the moment that turned the match between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich upside down.
Before the 80th minute, Ancelotti lost all solutions and seemed frustrated and had no new ideas to change the situation until his son Davide intervened and kept shouting at him with the ideal solution and demanding that he make the decision immediately: “Come on, Dad.”
After that, Ancelotti responded to Davide's request and made the historic decision that changed everything in a few minutes and sent Real Madrid to the final.

- For those whose requests for na bashorun ga story ,WHO IS BASHORUN GAA
Bashorun Gaha (or Gaa) was a notable nobleman and leader of the military in the old Oyo Empire during the 18th century. From 1650 to 1750, Oyo Empire was at the pinnacle of her greatness, peace, prosperity and wealth. The Empire had expanded to the utmost part covering the river Niger in the north; part of Tapa and Bariba kingdoms in the East of the lower Niger; towards the South by the seacoast and the West including Popos and Dahomey. Thousands of provincial officials (called Ajeles) were appointed to administer all the conquered kingdoms and report to the Alafin who glory in his majesty and power.
Women, men, young and old sang his praises. Then internal struggles for power began the rapid acceleration of the Empire disintegration and total collapse.
In 1754, Gaha was named the Basorun of Oyo. He was a descendant of the famous Basorun Yau Yamba. He was well-loved by his people because of his many war victories and the protections he provided to the people against cruel and despotic rulership of the Kings. He was known to possess potent medicinal powers and charms. But Gaha coveted all the powers and responsibilities of Oyo state to himself; all the tributes were paid to him, and he appointed his kindreds as Ajeles to administer the provinces.
He held the post during the reigns of 5 consecutive imperial Alaafins, and was instrumental to the military conquests during their time. Renowned for his juju prowess, he deposed or was responsible for the death of 4 of these Alaafins before being subdued by Alaafin Abiodun (who ruled c. 1774–1789) via trickery and betrayal by his generals.

👟These boots belong to 🇩🇪West-Germany’s Rudi Völler. He wore them during the 1986 FIFA World Cup Final vs Argentina. Now they are on display at the FIFA Museum.
🇦🇷Argentina was ahead 2-0 but with 16 minutes to go, Völler gave the assist to make it 2-1 and eight minutes later scored the equalizer himself. However, Jorge Burruchaga put Argentina back in front shortly afterwards. The game ended 3-2 and the South Americans lead by Diego Maradona lifted the 🏆trophy in Estadio Azteca🇲🇽.
Four years later, Völler played another World Cup Final - again versus Argentina. And this time he won the trophy 💪

- Ile Ife (Aftermath of Modakeke war)
With the fall of the Oyo Empire to the Fulani, the Yoruba kingdom was thrown into confusion and the inhabitants of the Old Oyo were dispersed and started new settlements all around Yoruba land.Fleeing southwards in search of new abodes after the fall of the Oyo Empire, the Oyos started settling among the Ifes in 1834. As the Romans of old, they were soldier-farmers. They were hardy as soldiers and industrious as farmers. Having lost all their possessions in their hasty flight, they started life in Ife by doing menial jobs to enable them eke out a living. The reigning Ooni of Ife, Oba Akinmoyero was said to have received them well. They started growing and producing different types of food crops on farmlands given to them by their hosts. A good number of them got recruited into Ife’s weak army and it was through their gallantry that Ife had its territory extended to Alakowe, its present boundary with Ilesa. Prior to the arrival of the Oyos, Ijesha land extended to the present location of the Palace of the Ooni of Ife. This is why the Palace area is known as Enuwa (Enu Owa) until today.
Ooni Akinmoyero gave the displaced Oyo an expanse of land to stay outside the walls of Ife,the place given to the Modakekes was home to a species of bird called Ako (Stork), Hence the origin of the appellation AKORAYE(The stork found a space). It was also customary for the storks at the location to chirp and sing the rhyme "Mo-da-ke-ke-ke-ke" which was most of the time heard by the Ifes and it was decided that the new settlement would be called MODAKEKE.

- Kaira Vision: My Humble opinion of the platform
Personally, I feel like this is an amazing opportunity to join Kaira Platform at this early stage and I hope I could make a massive difference and inspire many readers and viewers along the way.
Kaira is a blessing to me to be honest because ever since i joined via a contest, i have been coming across some great minds and authors, writers and amazing content creators, i think here in Nigeria, many people would find this amazing because i have been seeing some asking about the platform and the benefits and it's similarities to that of Steem.
I've never been this fascinated over an online community before. And the Kaira token rewards have been just a nice welcome bonus.
Now to the best part of Kaira;
Imagine a social media platform that pays you to use it. Well that's the Aim of Kaira Network even though it's built on another Ecosystem that allows content creators, Authors to earn while using the protocol. Kaira also allows you to earn it token and reward you for your engagement in the platform and activeness. That's one of the best part of Kaira platform, Another best part is how Kaira offered EV Delegation to active platform users. This is by far one of the best ways to maximise your earnings on the platform.
I'm super proud of the team
Also, Here's thoughts about the Kaira team and the project features, i won't be biased and give all praise for now, Kaira is still in the building phase and I know the platform is collecting a lot of newcomers right now, myself included, but the User interface isn't really friendly like that of other Dapps on lens(Perfect example is Hey and Orb) The website's design isn't exactly great either. It is really rough around the edges and could use a ton of small improvements. For example, a drop down menu for topics like on mobile phones would be amazing. i know it's harsh to say this but i want the best for Kaira platform, so i want the team to come up with a cool and amazing user interface that probably would be the most talked about on lens. Yes, we can do it.
The team, wow, just wow, they are superb, even the moderators are friendly and interact with every users calm with quick responsiveness to solve any issues related to the platform and even outside the platform. Future looks bright if we teams keeps up good behavior towards communities..
Keep in mind this is based off of my personal thoughts, opinions, and experiences.
The vision:
I read from the project whitepaper, trust me if those planned features are executed, Kaira will be the number 1 Dapp on lens protocol, mark my words.
Conclusion
Kaira is an amazing place, and aims to continue improving in all areas and it's going to grow quickly, users will probably use the platform more if they put in place the plans they have, they will also treat the people right and they will do the same to communities. I like this place and I hope to continue posting!
- ****Although the Nubians were renowned for their skill and precision as archers - the ancient Egyptians referred to Nubia as "Ta-Seti" or "The Land of the Bow", but they were considered fierce and formidable warriors in all other aspects of warfare too. In addition to archery, they were skilled in other martial arts like boxing, wrestling, and stick fighting. Nubian armies used a variety of weapons including swords, bows, and arrows.
The Nubians fought numerous battles against the ancient Egyptians, at times even conquering and ruling over parts of Egypt. In the 8th century BC, Nubian archers fought back against Muslim invaders also.
One famous Nubian military leader was Queen Amanirenas, who led a surprise attack against the Romans in the 1st century BC. Her forces captured several Roman cities and defaced statues of Emperor Augustus, prompting a Roman invasion of Nubia. After years of fighting, Amanirenas negotiated a favorable peace treaty with the Romans.
Overall, the Nubians were renowned throughout history for their martial prowess, especially their mastery of archery, which made them formidable adversaries and valuable allies in ancient conflicts.
- After streaming platforms, there weren't many films worth going to the cinema for.
I watched "Dune: Part 2" and it is a film that must be watched on IMAX at the cinema.
It's like a real visual feast. I would have preferred it if just the battle part of the film was a bit longer. It concluded too quickly. When I consider it with the first film, it's one of the best movie series of recent times.

Headrests were once a staple of domestic furniture, not only in many parts of Africa, but also in Asia and Oceania. Among the oldest known headrests are those from ancient Kemet (Egypt). In life and the afterlife, ancient Kemetu (Egyptians) slept with their heads on pillows of wood.

- The Ancient Kusugu Well from Daura, Nigeria
The Kusugu Well is an ancient well located in Daura, Nigeria. The well is famous for its relation to the legend of the hero Bayajidda defeating the snake Sarki. The well and Bayajidda's supposed dagger are now a tourist attraction.
According to Hausa myth, Hausa communities have been living in Central Sudan (much of modern-day Northern Nigeria & some part of Niger) for over 2000 years. Daura was believed to be one of the largest Hausa cities of that time. It had queens as head of government that oversee the affairs of the people. During the reign of Queen Daurama, the major source of water for Daura was the Kusugu well. But people were only allowed to fetch water on Fridays because of a strange snake that lives inside the well.
